Medical Student looking to Sublet Room in Lebanon

Hi,

I will be in the next couple of weeks be graduating medical school and looking to move to New York City for residency. In the meantime, I am looking to sublet my apartment for the months of June and/or July.

The address is at 220 Heater Rd. in Lebanon, NH. Its located less than 10 mins from the hospital, 15 mins from the main campus, and 5 mins from the Lebanon Green. The spot is very close to the CO-Op and is 2 exits away from the West Lebanon Strip. If you don’t have a car, the house is 2 mins walk from the Bus-stop of the Blue Route for the Advance Transit, making stops in Downtown Lebanon, Dartmouth College, Hanover, and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

The Apt. comes with a well-equipped kitchenette, dishwasher, dryer, fridge, fully furnished living area, and bedroom (including dresser and bed).  We have a private parking lot with a garage for inclement weather. Trash is taken care by the landlord, to no extra cost yourself. The apartment has three other rooms other owned by my other housemates.

Rent is very reasonable at is $670 per month, and utilities’ cost are variable, but never exceed 100-200 per over the course of several months. If a roommate leaves, you will only be responsible for your portion of the rent and utilities.

Fantastic room just off Leb green- $425 (Lebanon, NH)

Car For Sale: 2002 5-Speed Acura RSX With Low Miles
