Come live at the Barn! We are subletting one bedroom in a 4 bed/1.5 bath house from June-end of August. The spacious bedroom will be lightly furnished, has a good-sized closet as well as a half-bath.
The house is a homey, renovated, turn-of-the 20th century hay barn, nestled near the confluence of the Connecticut and Ompompanoosuc Rivers. Our wonderful landlord renovated the main floor into a lovely 4 bedroom house in the 70s, and we’ve taken some time to touch-up the hayloft to use as a social/events space. The house is a mix of grad students and non-Dartmouth affiliated folks. We try and strike a nice balance between work and play. We enjoy cooking dinner at home, finding time for a hike/bike ride/paddle/cross-country ski, and getting together with friends both in and outside of the house.
We are invested in sharing space mindfully, even amidst our busy work-life schedules.
